Abdullayev Kalilla Nasurlaevich appointed as a Chairman of the Board of JSC «Fund of problem loans»

By the order # 386 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 21, 2024, Abdullayev Kalilla Nasurlaevich was elected to the post of Chairman of the Board of JSC "Fund of problem loans".

He previously held the post of Vice-Rector for financial Activities of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Abdullayev Kalilla Nasurlaevich was born on December 31, 1971.

- Service in tax authorities: began with the position of inspector of Zhambyl City Tax Inspectorate of Taraz, until the Head of the Departments in Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar and Mangistau regions (1994 - 2012);
- Deputy Akim of Mangistau region (2012 - 2013);
- Vice President of «Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Almaty (2013-2014);
- Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2014 - 2017);
- State Inspector of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017 - 2019);
- Corporate Relations Partner of LLP «International Audit Company Russell Bedford A+partners» (2019 - 2021);
- Vice-rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, (2021 - 2024).
