On changing the Board of Directors composition of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC

Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC - the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 534 dated May 22, 2023, Mr. Argyngazynov A. was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC. 

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC consists of five people:  

Tashenev Bakytbek Khakimovich – Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Kenesarin Sagir Yessengulovich – Independent Director;

Turganaliev Yeltinzhal Rakhmatullaevich – Independent Director;

Argyngazynov Aybol Argyngazyuly – Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Interaction on the Financial Sector issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Yelshibayev Yerzhan Imankululy – Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.
