About changing the composition of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC

Chairman of the Board of Directors Sultangaziyev M.E. based on the decision of the Sole Shareholder of Fund of Problem Loans JSC No. 469 dated May 04, 2022, left the Board of Directors of Fund of Problem Loans JSC.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC consists of four people:
Tashenev Bakytbek Khakimovich - Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Kenesarin Sagir Yesengulovich - independent director;
Akhmetov Bakhytzhan Ashimzhanovich - independent director;
Yelshibaev Yerzhan Imankululy - Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.
Bakytbek Khakimovich Tashenev, Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC.
