Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of Problem Loans Fund JSC - by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 818 dated August 16, 2021 Sultangaziev M.Ye. was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC. 

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC consists of five people:  

Sultangaziev Marat Yeleusizovich – Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Tashenov Bakytbek Khakimovich – Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Kenesarin Sagir Yessengulovich – Independent Director;

Turganaliev Yeltinzhal Rakhmatullaevich – Independent Director;

Yelshibayev Yerzhan Imankulovich – Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.

Sultangaziev Marat Yeleusizovich - Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Problem Loans Fund JSC.
