Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC 

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of Problem Loans Fund JSC - by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 366 dated April 19, 2021, Karashukeyev Y. Sh. was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC consists of five people:

Yerbol Shyrakpaevich Karashukeyev – Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Tashenov Bakytbek Khakimovich – Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Kenessarin Sagir Yessengulovich – Independent Director;

Turganaliev Yeltinzhal Rakhmatullaevich – Independent Director;

Yelshibayev Yerzhan Imankululy – Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.

Yerbol Karashukeyev, Vice– Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC.
