Change in the composition of the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of Problem Loans Fund JSC - by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 422 dated 05/03/2020, the next composition of the Fund's Board of Directors in the amount of 5 people was elected for a period of 3 years from May 2, 2020.

Taking into account the elected members of the Board, the Board of Directors of Problem Loans Fund JSC includes:

Sholpankulov Berik Sholpankulovich - First Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Tashenov Bakytbek Khakimovich - Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Kenesarin Sagir Esengulovich - independent director;

Turganaliev Yeltinzhal Rakhmatullaevich - independent director;

Elshibaev Yerzhan Imanuly - Chairman of the Board of the Company.

Berik Sholpankulovich Sholpankulov - First Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Problem Loans Fund JSC.
