On transfer of the function of monitoring over the implementation of the Mortgage Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan Refinancing Program

Fund of Problem Loans JSC informs that in accordance with Resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 59 dated March 27, 2018,
“Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund” JSC signed the Agreement on gratuitous transfer of claim rights under bank deposit agreements (cession) and of program funds within the framework of the Mortgage Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan Refinancing Program approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan No. 69 dated April 24, 2015.

In this regard, the functions of further monitoring over the implementation of this state program are now carried out by “Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund” JSC.
