Fund of Problem Loans JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), in accordance with clause 2 of Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Joint-Stock Companies”, informs the Fund’s shareholders on the payment of dividends on ordinary shares based on Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 725 dated December 15, 2017:
- company name – “Fund of Problem Loans” JSC; address – the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty city, 160 Dostyk Avenue; banking and other details of the Fund – BIC ALMNKZKA, BIN 120140005984, IIC KZ91826A1KZTD2021619 in “ATFBank” JSC, Almaty city,residency indicator - 1; economy sector – 5;
- period for which the dividends are paid – 2016 calendar year;
- dividend amount per one ordinary share of the Bank – 0.20 (zero point two) tenge (12 088 878 tenge/60 539 600 shares);
- date of compiling the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends on preferred shares of the Fund is December 26, 2017, date of commencement of dividend payment is December 29, 2017;
- procedure and form of payment of dividends - cashless in the form of money, by crediting money to the details of a shareholder who holds preferred shares of the Fund.
