All Problem Loans Fund processes were transferred to a remote format

Problem Loans Fund JSC switched to a remote work format in connection with the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) pandemic.

On March 16, a state of emergency was introduced throughout Kazakhstan. These measures are aimed at protecting the life and health of citizens in connection with the announcement by the World Health Organization of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 a pandemic.

Taking into account the volumes of assets bought out by the Fund and active work on their management and implementation, the Fund carried out a set of measures to transfer all work processes to a remote format.

After the introduction of quarantine in the cities of Almaty and Nur-Sultan, all business processes of the Fund are carried out in a remote format. All employees of the Fund were transferred to work from home with a complete transition to electronic document management with the provision of technical equipment and secure access to all required resources.

The sale of the Fund's property is still carried out in the form of electronic trading on the website of the State Property Register of the Information and Accounting Center. Trades are carried out by methods both for increasing and decreasing prices. Both legal entities and citizens of the country can take part in the auction.

Conducting public procurement of the Fund to ensure the continuity of the current activities of the Fund is carried out on the public procurement web portal in a regular mode.

Procurements according to the internal rules of the Fund are carried out remotely on the electronic portal Mitwork.

Currently, uninterrupted work is being carried out to organize office work in a remote mode, replies to incoming correspondence are provided in a timely manner. The call center and the website of the Fund are working as usual.

The Foundation is closely monitoring the orders of the authorities, supporting all efforts to implement measures taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.
