On the change of shareholder

Problem Loans Fund JSC reports that the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil, Banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Business" dated February 27, 2017 No. VI .1 Article 5-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Banks and Banking Activities”, a change was made according to which the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan became the sole shareholder of the Fund.

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.04.2017, the state shareholding of the Fund was transferred to the management of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
