Fund of Problem Loans JSC announces its intention to cooperate with private enforcement officers and readiness to consider proposals for cooperation with PEO in the executive districts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to transfer executive docu

In order to conduct the qualifying selection, we ask you to send your intentions of cooperation on a personal letterhead, stamped, with the necessary documents, including:

• PEO ID card;
• Order of the Committee for the Execution of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the appointment of a private enforcement officer;
• Minutes of the constituent assembly of the Regional Chamber of Private Enforcement Officers;
• Certificate of registration as a private enforcement officer;
• State license of a private enforcement officer;
• Order on admission to the membership of the regional board of private enforcement officers;
• Official ID;
• Agreement on lease of a premises in an administrative building;
• Contract on voluntary insurance of legal liability of a private enforcement officer;
• Check to a cash receipt with a fiscal receipt for the amount of the insurance premium;
• Document confirming banking details of PEO;

The Fund reserves the right to reject entering into agreement without disclosing the reason.
