Changes in the composition of the bodies of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC

On March 9, 2017, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the sole shareholder owning voting shares of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC, made the following decision:

1) on March 10, 2017, to terminate early the powers of the Chairman of the Board of the Problem Credit Fund JSC Raeva Roza Elizbaevna

;2) From March 11, 2017, to elect Musiraliyev Dauren Abubakirovich as the Chairman of the Board of the Problem Loans Fund JSC.

Based on the received applications for resigning from the Board of Directors of the Fund, the powers of the following members of the Board of Directors of the "Fund of problem Loans" JSC were terminated early:

Chairman of the Board of Directors Smolyakov O.A. March 10, 2017.

Member of the Board of Directors Raeva R.E. March 10, 2017.

Independent Director - Member of the Board of Directors Musayeva K.S. March 14, 2017.
