On payment of dividends on preferred shares of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC

Fund of Problem Loans JSC in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies" informs shareholders of the company on the payment of dividends on preferred shares:

1. Name of the company is Fund of Problem Loans JSC; location is Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, st. Aiteke bi, 67; banking and other details: BIN 120140005984, IIC KZ74125KZT1001306658 in RSU "National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", BIC NBRKKZKX; residence status is 1; economic sector is 5;

2. The period for which dividends are paid is 2015 calendar year;

3. The start date of dividend payment is December 14, 2016;

4. The order and form of dividend payment is in a cashless manner in the form of money, by transferring money to the bank accounts of shareholders - holders of preferred shares of the Problem Loans Fund JSC;

5. Dividend amount is 1 (one) tenge for 1 (one) preferred share
