On conclusion of the transaction for acquisition of BTA Bank JSC assets

“Fund of Problem Loans” JSC notifies that in accordance with sub-clause 11) of clause 2 of Article 5-1 of the Law of RoK “On banks and banking activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the Company's shareholder has decided to conclude a major transaction for the acquisition of BTA Bank JSC assets.
