On the change of the Chairman of the Board and the election of members of the Board of Directors

By the Order of the Minister No. 286 dated 03.05.2017, being the decision of the sole shareholder of the Problem Loans Fund JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), the powers of the Foundation Board Chairman Musaraliev Dauren Abubakirovich were terminated early from May 3, 2017. Tuleuov Arman Oryngalievich elected Chairman of the Board of the Fund since May 3, 2017

By the order of the Minister No. 287 dated 03.05.2017, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Fund is determined. The following persons are elected to the Board of Directors of the Fund:

Sholpankulov Berik Sholpankulovich - Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Ibraimov Kalymzhan Ualkhanovich - Deputy Chairman of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Issenov Amangeldy Sagandekovich - Director of the Department of budget crediting, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and interaction on financial sector issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Tuleuov Arman Oryngalievich - Chairman of the Board of the Problem Loans Fund JSC;

Backbergen Daulet Backbergenovich - Independent Director;

Composition of the Board of the Problem Credit Fund JSC is:

Chairman of the Board - Tuleuov Arman Oryngalievich;

Deputy Chairman of the Board - Kireeva Gulnara Ualievna.

Composition of the Board of Directors of the Problem Credit Fund JSC is:

Sholpankulov Berik Sholpankulovich;

Ibraimov Kalymzhan Ualkhanovich;

Isenov Amangeldy Sagandekovich;
